TT Rounds Neue is the newest update to the then famous TT Rounds and TT Rounds Condensed typefaces. There were some points when the TT Rounds cannot adapt to the contemporary requirements in typefaces that’s why a total modernization was made to it.
They start off with balancing the legibility between the bold and thin faces followed by going through the extents of the letters. They also completely redraw the glyphs of the typeface while expressively altering the design of some. It now consists of three widths variations. The weights were increased to 9 with matching italics; and now have a total of 54 fonts.
Unlike before, TT Rounds Neue already supports OpenType features, and allows the use of ligatures, and alternate characters. This font works well on the web.
